| | This is another card for the Alphabet challenge for the letter B for Big Beautiful Beaded Pumpkin. I die cut the oval piece, then I sponged ink into the stencil using finger sponge daubers. I left the stencil in place and let the ink dry for about 5 minutes. I wipe the stencil off good to make sure any extra ink is removed. Then I apply the glass bead glitter gel right over what I just inked. Immediately remove and clean stencil. Set this piece aside to dry over night. It is hard to see here, but the pumpkin piece is recessed behind the black scalloped oval piece. I got the entire card made, then put my inky fingers onto the image piece. Ugh! I had some scraps that I had used color burst powders on and added glitter to so I die cut a butterfly from this piece and placed it over my mishap. I cannot decide if this looks too busy now or not. |
