My job has gotten busier since the new dentist bought the practice, so I no longer have time for my lunchtime walks in the park....I had about 20 minutes in the car and colored in this sunflower stamped on newsprint. It turned out too dark. Usually if I keep working at it something works and I am happy. This never turned that corner, but I ended up spending so much time on it that I posted it. I would have liked the flowers to be a better shade of yellow. TFL, Francie

Love the woodgrain background that lends the sweet country charm to this card! The coloring is so fresh and pretty- thanks for the inspiration, my friend!

Francie I love this image on the newsprint. This is one of my favorite images that I have and it works beautifully on the newsprint. Oh I am going to have to case this one for sure. Wonderful framing and butterflies you have added too. I hope you get your lunch hour back and things slow down a bit for you at work so you can inspire us more with your stunning cards. Thank you for playing along.

I am just amazed at your shading to begin with, but know how you feel about 'something not being quite right! All those other little details make for one interesting card.
