Vicki is our hostess this week and she has chosen: Garden Green, Pool Party, Marina Mist and for dessert: Father's Day. This week I passed on dessert. I used distress inks to match as best as I could, since I was spritzing.
Stamped my 2 step poppies on the card front (colored on the stamp and then spritzing the bottom layer with a little water), and then added a border strip from the PB die on the bottom. I didn't like the stems showing through the little openings, so I backed it with white cs before attaching. Die cut and adhered the dragonfly and then added some clear gems.

SO Beautiful! Love the very delicate dragonfly and the elegance of the poppies.

Love, love this card......the movement of this card is amazing. You can almost feel the warm summer breeze. Like how you did the bottom border....makes the card pop. You never disappoint. Thanks for sharing your talents. Fav'd

How beautiful, Maura! I love these colors and how you've used these gorgeous poppies! And I love the dragon fly and also love that bottom die. My stamping friend recently used it on a card, and I was hesitant to order it (now I wish I had - I love it!). Hugs, sweet friend!
