"The Cake Blog" is the source of inspiration for this week. I chose this cake for my inspiration. The image was watercolored. I did alter the digi a bit(after printing)......making the glass vase taller since, on the original, I felt the glass container was too short to support this ample sprig of blooms without toppling over.

Sallie, the depth you achieve in your florals is always so amazing to me. This is so beautiful in the soft purples and blues - unbelievable shading! I am in awe once again!

This is definitely a work of art, Sallie. I like what you did with the vase and I like the framing of your beautiful flowers. You certainly captured the delicate colors of the hellebores with your fabulous watercoloring! I agree with the others - should be framed!
