This is for two challenges: Alphabet Double Challenge to do a card with G items, and use a G technique. So I used green, gingham, and the Gate Fold technique.
Teapot Challenge to make a card using thread or sewing items. The story is that we don't want this quilt to unravel and if we bring a seam ripper, it is in the back door! I hope scissors are okay. I figured is we use some of the thread I brought, we need to cut it off so we can use it on the quilt!!! We are sending our cards to Cheryl to cheer her up this week. I included a scripture on the inside. Thanks for looking.

Sweet card and darling scissors embellishment - plus a beautiful bow! I think you can bypass the back door with this one ;)

What a beautiful deep green dsp ... your scissors charm is the perfect embellishment for Cheryl's card.

Sharon, this is such a great gate fold card. I love that shade of green, and the curved gingham paper is so pretty. That scissors embellishment is an awesome complement to the stamped spool of thread, and that silver cord is a nice finishing touch.

Oh, Sharon, I have this card as well, and I LOVE it! And this photo doesn't do it justice with the sweet little gatefold using the beautiful ribbon bow and the sweet scissors and silver cord! And the DP you've used reminds me of meandering stitching for quilts. And, yes, that precious Scripture from Numbers is a dear one that encourages me. I love it so much and so appreciate receiving it! It's gorgeous! I am so touched by your coming to the tea party for me! I am so encouraged and feel so loved. Thank you, precious friend! xoxo
