So Audries' IC534 to go Minimalist was perfect for my chair lovin' sensibilities. this mid-century classic that was the inspiration for my card.
My Womb chair and ottoman (which costs extra, btw) was fussy cut from a fashion mag I picked up just yesterday...It was a glossy ad, but i ruined it's perfection by trying to add a bit of dimension with embossing powder. Don't you just love 'experiments'...I am still putting it out there...note to self, not everything can BE embossed. I added the sentiment:
You might want to sit down for this
which is from an old Flourishes 'Chairs for you' clear set. The black trim was added to break up all that white.
Thanks for taking a look...and I so appreciate your thoughts.

I knew it. I just knew it. I knew you were going to use a chair. I had the same intention but couldn't quite put my finger on my chair image. Dang. Hate when that happens. I love your card but I'm a little hung up with its name. OOOOOOhhhh. I don't think I could ever purchase a house or anything else with a name like that attached to it. Great minimalistic approach.

You have expensive taste, Susan LOL! Love your card, the black trim looks terrific with the red chair and ottoman and brilliant sentiment- depending on what comes next, that is!!!

Susan, no clue where you see that this is any way ruined by embossing! Love this! Only you would have thought to use a photo from an ad, fussy cut so perfectly and find the sentiment that works so well with it! Your creativity is amazing and each of your cards and descriptions make me smile!
