For todays CAS - use Happy. For TLC Stamp with something other than a stamp. For the CAS, I used a vertical Happy to separate the 'stamped' area from the white space. For the TLC I 'stamped' with the cap of a Wood Finish Stain Marker and a pencil eraser. Covered the balloons with Diamond Glaze and tied matching Floss to them.

Now this is very pretty. Love the stamped border - and knew at once that you had use dainty little things to stamp it with. Nicely finished off with a lovely big "happy".

Terrific design! I love the vertical greeting separating the sections of this card, the wonderful prints you got with your "found stamping objects" and the balloons look awesome with the glaze over them.

Straight into my favs before I read how you did this, Priscilla- fabulous! I thought your stamping was done with the cap of a bottle, it looks great (must try this), terrific colour combo and I love your shiny balloons and wonderful sentiment!!
