I had the white base already cut out, I just had to decorate it today. I used two shades of blue for the panels and other pieces. The sentiment inside is computer generated, die cut and sponged on the edges. Used an alcohol pen to darken the spine of the seahorse and for all the eyes. Dies used: IO/ mini nautical, sea birds, greetings - Sizzix/fancy frame flip it - MB/coastal crab, swimming seahorses
Edit: I think I'll use this for my Great Niece's H.S. graduation. I teased the Hello off the front and replaced with Congrats.

This is amazing! And delightful!!! I can't quite wrap my mind around how you designed this and made it all come out so perfectly. Love the contrast of the white die cuts on the blue panels, and also the perfectly planned placement of the assorted sea-oriented die cuts. This is so incredible that words fail me! Suffice it to say, you did a masterful job creating this card. Love everything about it! TFS
