Cathymac challenged us to use a watercolor bg or another form of water media.
I actually used my ink pads on my background in several different colors. Don't have very many different reinkers so I used a sponge brush and lightly pushed the brush into the ink pad and softly
brushed it onto the already wet watercolor paper. It works beautifully and I now had more color variety to work with.

Your background is gorgeous, and I'm going to try really hard to remember the idea of using a sponge brush on the ink pads. Great idea!
