It seems that I have been on a 'pink' jag lately and I just can't get enough embossing folders. Oh well I will suffer through this phase..... LOL This card all started with the little pink gingham flower I found while rummaging through my stash. It was in the 'give-away' bin at Mikes last fall..so much for using things up immediately! I cut the flourish from mellow moss with my favourite die from Marianne Designs and mounted it on an oval from a very old Quickutz die set embossed with a Darice dot folder. The second folder is new from Close to my heart and the frame around the outside is from cuttlebug.

Simply elegant and so beautiful. I love all the embossed layers and just the use of the two colours of card. Perfect way to display that lovely little gingham flower.

Mrs. Noofy, I love the choice of that EF along with that stashed gingham flower. Obviously, Mike's had no idea it would or could look so great on anything let alone a card. Big mistake for him but a stellar find for you. Your card is delish.
