Well, I am a day late and a dollar short! LOL! I am a day late (for one challenge) and posting the "day of" for another. Thank you, Robin (Stamperrobin), for yesterday's great Free for All challenge to use flowers (an easy one for me). And thank you, Audrie (geekgirl101), for today's Inspiration Challenge. I decided to finish my gift set of cards and used this card and this card as my inspiration. I used a fancy frame like the first card and gilded the edges and used an oval for my focal image like the second card that also had daffodils. (This is the digital image, but now there is an entire clear set with this image in it!) I think they all will make a nice gift set. I am a "tortoise" when it comes to making cards these days, but at least I made a card this week! Yay!
Thanks for looking, and I hope you like it. Wishing you a blessed Easter! (More thoughts on my blog.)

What would a flower challenge be without one of your gorgeous creations? This is especially nice because you used one of my fav color combos of yellow and lavender. That little snail is just perfect. However, I might have to blame you for my hair being a darker brown than usual. I was coloring my hair and took a quick peek at the gallery before washing the dye out. I got side tracked by this amazing card and lost track of time. Wishing you a very special Easter.

Oh Cheryl - This is just so beautiful - I love the beautifully coloured image and it is so nicely framed by that lovely edge of gold. My new stamps are on their way here - all three new sets - can't wait. I am with Susie - definitely being a tortoise this week too. No cards made - but lots of work done in the garden instead. Hope you have a lovely Easter.
