This is a new technique to me... I cut the strips first and then punched 1/2 snowflake on each one... I then punched full snowflake on paper of same colour....I stamped and fussy cut Frosty in colours to match papers....Added stickles and pearls....This picture is taken at night, so I will try and get a better picture in light of day....

I LOVE it...so soft and cute. Great job with the tech. So fun how your snowbuddy stands out in front of the pretty soft blues, and the pearls a perfect finishing touch...so cute...TFS..:0)
