I finally got the chance to play in the Teapot Tuesday...been awhile...so got real excited....
Yee haw...I hear there's a Hoedown, and farmer George seems confused... He doesn't realize the barn is for the Hoedown dance, and the hoe for weeding in the garden... He thought the hoedown was the weeding...not the dance...now whose confused?.lol
Although he did wear his brand new coveralls with the new material... and he did bring his trusty Hoe...but...wrong dance me thinks?? Someone better fill him in...
And...the twisted Sisters TSC0829 is to use material on your card... that's why farmer George has new Coveralls...His wife did done some shopping!! Trust the lil woman to take care of business... now she need a new Gingham Dress...don't you think?
oh the material on farmer George's coveralls and hat to match...great lil shooper of a wife there...are material from a friends dress...i used the backside.
What an awesome fun challenge...
Thanks for Looking.

My grandpa wore overalls rolled at the cuff just like this...His hat was very similar as well! Love the background chicken dp and your barn and hay field are wonderfully colored and the overall design of this card ROCKS!

LOL, I'm sure that Daisy-May and Dixie's mother will find some work out in the garden for Farmer George doing some weeding - if he doesn't decide to go along to the dance with them. I love those barns, they are so picturesque and so totally unlike what we have here - which is usually just plain corrugated iron.

Oh, Jan, what a hoot!! You are such fun, and I LOVE this card!! What a tale, and this guy sure needs his wife!! LOL! I love that you've used the fabric for his overalls! At least he's ready for the dance!! Beautifully colored barn scene that is amazing!! I love it, and it just tickled me to read your story!! Hugs, sweet friend!
