This is a card for a good friend who has moved - to remind her not to forget me and visa versa
I die cut the flowers & leaves from thick mixed media paper purchased at a recent Papercraft show, colored the flower with aqua crayons and then used an aqua brush to blend itÂ…love the washed, shabby finish.
I dipped my brush in water, then sloshed it onto the green crayons & water coloured the leaves, dried, then sloshed in a bit of teal crayon over haphazardlyÂ…dried, moulded them with my fingers to bring them to life.
To finish: Arranged the flowers and leaves onto a dry embossed background. Easy and so much fun.
For the crayons Ways to use it challenge, Free for All summer challenge (love bright flowers in the house in summertime) and the tools central theme: cuttlebug.
