This card is for three challenges. That's a first for me I think! :-) The colour challenge is from 2 weeks ago and was Karen's 'Really Old Daffodils'. I water coloured paper with the 3 colours and cut out the poppies. Then I didn't do anything with it until today. The yellow got overwhelmed by the red and green a little so the frame is my Daffodil Delight. The CAS challenge this week is May flowers and my poppy works for that. I used this week's sketch from Janette (blessingsX3) to put it all together. One of the panels has been replaced by the sentiment banner. I don't do sympathy cards well so this is for the stash and a hope I don't need to use it.

This is SO beautifully done! I love the combination of dies, colors and embossing folders on this! What a wonderful, artistic layout and love the sponging on your banner!

wow what a gorgeous card.. I love the colour combo. I also love the idea of having the die cut frame with nothing in it but those gorgeous flowers outside the box... what a great idea and it turned out so well to make this most beautiful card... love it...

I am loving the idea of the addition of the strip of EF on top of the othe embossed background and grounding your framed Poppy! Brilliant! This is so pretty and a wonderful sympathy card...

This is just fabulous! I love the poppies coming out of the frame. The colors just pop off the white embossed panels. Love it.
