It's Tickle a Teapotter week and it's all about Feather Fun. Talk about tickling someone's fancy!
There's no feathers flying here, but I did bring a few feathered friends, and it's owl good!
I wish we had owls in my neighborhood, but we don't. I love to hear them talking to each other when we're out camping. I used to see some on their nightly hunt, when I worked nights.
I've had these owl dies for a little bit and even had them cut out sitting on my table, wondering how I would use them. I wanted them to have two colors, so I ran the dies through the machine with the embossing pad, fussy cutting them afterwards.
Of course they had to have big yellow eyes, so I used little patches of yellow c/s for them, adding the stickles for even more of a glow.
With the light of the full moon, they can watch for their prey.

wow wow wow -- I love this card. Wish I was playing along this week but been to busy seeing my Dad in hosp. I love Owls and so did my Mum. We get to hear a Morepork (native owl to NZ)now and then around us and they sound wonderful. I have never seen one though. Whoever gets your card is very lucky.

Your intricate die cut owls are fabulous and so fun, Jennifer. Love your silhouetted birds against the big white moon and the one sitting on the high branch. Backing the owls with cream/tan brings out their pretty details. Terrific card....as always.
