After reading the challenge for today I quickly Googled POINTILLISM. I came upon one description that said to paint with Q-Tips. A light bulb went off in my head! I grabbed a new unused pencil and carved a small, not so round shape in the eraser.
I stamped a new stamp I got this weekend at the Rubberstamp Convention, colored it in using my new dot stamp and various colors of ink. What fun!
I cut my panel out using a Friskar oval shape plate. Made a Gelli Print bg, glued that to a black card, then glued my oval on top.
Took my Scarlet Lime pen and drew around the oval adding the black circles. Took the white pen adding the dots.
What a super fun challenge that gave me a new homemade stamp.
Have a great rest of the day everyone! TFL :0)

Cathy, You have the most fantastic card in the whole gallery today. I love this. Truly pointillism like the great artists who made this their style.

Well if that pup does not look like he is having the time of his life (he doesn't happen to be a pointer does he?) so cool how you made your own stamp to create this cool effect, Cathy
