This week's CAS Challenge is a Featured Stamper challenge - and the stamper is my good friend, Loll Thompson. So I thought it was the perfect moment to use one of the stencils she just made for me using her Silhouette machine. Thank you, Loll!
I kept Loll's layout and use of a stencil for the background, but changed the colours, theme, sentiment, etc. I used my new star stencil and pearlescent embossing paste for the background, die cut my square frame and three gold glitter stars. The sentiment is heat embossed with a mixture of three of my embossing powders as I was trying to get a colour close to the gold of the glitter stars.
I used the first half of the sentiment stamp on the front of the card, and added three dots with my Versamark pen to indicate it continues. It finishes on the inside by saying "& that star will warm you all winter long."
It's also for the 52 Christmas Card Throwdown challenge to use stars as a theme.

This is an excellent CAS card! I really love the shimmery stars against the clean white background, as well as the dimension from the stars mounted on the frame. Thanks so much for joining in our March theme challenge at 52{C}CT!
