Yeow! Do you need some sunshine? Well, here it is!!
My card, irl, isn't really this bright and I tried to tone it down and was only a bit successful.
My card is for the MIX59 challenge today:Bag It
I used a plastic bag and brushed my acrylic paints around on it, using two colors. I placed my white cardstock over it, doing one color at a time. It was time to stamp my sunflower, grape vine, and key. The center of the sunflower is Liquitex modeling paste.
I stamped the image once in Memento toffee crunch and over stamped in rich cocoa
I have so much fun learning mixed media. Sometimes, it is a bit messy and other times, such as today, not so much.

Oh how fabulous!!! I love your bright and cheerful colors! The golden-yellow color is perfect for the sun and the sunflower's petals and the blue makes me think of the clear blue skies of summer! Love that sunflower stamp too! Beautiful card!!!

Fabulous card Brenda, I watched the video yesterday and you did a great job with this technique. Bright is a good thing for sunshine... I'm sure there are a few people who need it, the sunflower was the perfect image for your card
