How funny, just went on a "country drive" this weekend and here is one of the photos I took. Was so happy I got to share it on MMTPT today! hehe.....details...
Actually I went to visit Curt, he has been helping out on the farm. What a surprise it was to see him driving the tractor out of the barn! I didn't know he could even drive! hehe
By the looks of it, that tractor has been sitting for awhile. That chicken has laid an egg on it. hehe
This scene reminds me of a summer I spent on my step-grandma's Nebraska farm. It was the best summer ever!!!
Card details...after drawing and printing out the scene, I colored it with Bic markers and prisma pencils. Designs on the hills were made with a stylus before coloring.
Well, sorry I am a little late today....bought me a Hoover Floormate and couldn't wait to give it a try on my tile floors. It makes cleaning the floor a whole lot easier. Yeah for me! hehe......TFL :0)

OMGosh! I just had the most amazing thought while taking in all these lush details...you just have to do a little story book of Old McDonald and laminate it or paint it on cloth or something for Cooper and any other future grands! Talk about a treasured KEEPSAKE! That would be the BEST!

That Curt...always has an angle on the situation. Funny that he is driving a green tractor - isn't that a Deere?? I'm reading that chickens lips and at the risk of crossing a line, I think she's saying "cluck you!" for moving her nest. Love your hills, love that manic-looking horse and I love the shading of the clapboards on your barn. Of course, though I love Curt the most. It wouldn't be a Teaparty without him. Thanks for coming, hugz from the other coast.

LOL at the hen laying an egg on the tractor! Fresh laid eggs for tea, yum. I love Curt's hat - and as always the texture and pattern that you add to your fields.
We are always delighted to have volunteer hostesses for Tickle a Teapotter Tuesdays. All you need is an idea for a theme and a picture of a teapot to suit it.

Wonderful scene! Love the little Funny Farm sign made me giggle! And of course I love Curt peeking around the corner. He looks like he is up to something with all of his barnyard friends!
