This is my card for today's TPT challenge. We are having a party for Deborah, the sister of fellow SCSer Elizabeth (Iloverubber). Seventeen yrs ago, Deborah had stage 4 breast cancer. She was put on a trial medication which has apparently caused some very serious health issues. As well, Deborah has had to face many other health and life challenges. My prayers are for her, her kids and sister. It was my privilege to create this card for her.
My card was inspired by Joanne Basile's card design:

What a lovely quote! Gabby this is one special card for Debby! Love that you added the pink ribbon! Very pretty flower with the twine bow too! That background die cut is so cool! Really wonderful card!

A great sentiment, and that flower has me fascinated with all th different layers and textures you incorporated into it. Is that the Spellbinders die that you can expand? Or does it just come that size...I forget what they call them...I think the expandable one is sitting in one of my wish lists just now, but I was wondering how easy it would be to adjust the size to suit my needs. Especially since the standard European card size is a little different to a US A2.
