Yup Karen! I have to agree with your DT teammates. These colors are quite challenging. But I agree with you, we grow with challenges that are outside our comfort zone. I'm not sure what I think of my card. I hate it when you have this vision inside your head, but it doesn't live up to what you envisioned. I sponged some Gumball Green and Rich Razzleberry on some paper. Then stamped my image over that in Midnight Muse. Matted it on a SB Floral Oval and popped it up over some Midnight Muse Ribbon. It all went on top of a large mat embossed with the Square Lattice Folder. I added some half pearls. I'm thinking that perhaps it would have been better if I had sponged my ink on glossy white paper????? The more I look at it, the more I'm getting to like it. Please let me know what you think? Thanks ladies!!

I thought this was gorgeous the minute I clicked on it! Love your sponging behind the tree image and it just pops against the white lattice embossed background. The ribbon is a favorite of mine as well!

Mary, we can't see the vision in year head but can see the results on paper and it is beautiful. I love the sponging on the image bg and the silhouette image. Very pretty.

Your sponged bg has a rather unique aura to it, Mary, so rich looking, and your stamped image is perfectly orchestrated! I love the ribbon placement, and the texture and oval are wonderful additions! Oh, if you sponged on glossy cs, the colors would blend more and give a totally different look. That's my opinion.
