It doesn't feel appropriate to write a story for this weeks Teapot Tuesday. My sincere thoughts are with Donna and her daughters.
I made this card for Donna when I was at craft camp (I will upload photos tomorrow and have a chat about that then). We were all given the latest range of papers by Kaiser craft along with a stamp set. I had limited supplies with me, so the window frame is made from cardstock scraps and the acetate was part of the packaging in the stamp set. I didn't have any ink suitable for stamping on acetate so I cut out the birdcage from the stamp set LOL.
I did have my leaf punch, hybiscus flower punch and my favourite awning punch with me (thank goodness). I scored the background paper to look like weatherboards. The vintage lady is a precut embelishment.
I just noticed when looking at the photo it is hard to tell this is a side step card (steps in middle section). The lady is placed on the first step - the second step is empty.
Thank you for looking ladies.

I can't believe you created that with limited supplies. You are a wonder. You are to the craft world what my Mom is to the cooks world. You just throw her in the kitchen with almost nothing and she creates something incredible.

Boy, if this was created with limited supplies, I will have to check out your gallery to see all that you can do with all supplies! This is just fantastic, and the girls will love it. Thank you so very much!

Susie, this is such a lovely card, and has SO MUCH to look at - I can't believe you did so much with such limited supplies, being away from your stamping space. Love all the details - just BEAUTIFUL from every angle!!
