Feelin' philoslothical? It's one way to deal with...getting older - or whatever. I think I'll keep this one for my brother's birthday .
I combined Dina's MIX4 water-based media challenge with Jeanne's F4A to make a funny card for a man.
First I dabbed some gold onto my watercolour paper with a Krylon leafing pen to act as resist. Then I misted it heavily and added splotches of 3 different H2Os and smooched them round a bit. Then I added a few drops of Shabby Shutters re-inker to fill in the gaps. When it was practically dry, with great trepidation (because if it didn't look good I'd wasted time and precious watercolour paper) I stamped the bamboo in Weathered Wood and again in Crushed Olive. I know sloths do not live in bamboo country, but I'm still looking for my ideal Panda stamp, and it was the best foliage stamp I could come up with! Trimmed to size, distressed the edges, mounted on A2 kraft base. StarvingArtistamps image stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks, Crackle Accents on the toes. He's popped up on foam, and I added the punny saying using Spellbinders tag and brads.

I love your funny card Sabrina. Thanks for writing so much detailed information on the process, mixed media sounds incredibly confusing. The result is fantastic. TFS
