today's challenge is all about balance!
as most of you know, I love this very large flower. it is so versatile to use.
the leaves are really to small for the flower and the words are small. also I thought the really delicate, lacy looking die cut edges is contrast for large too!
To color the flower, I start with white paper and sponge many colors for shading!

Ink: yo yo yellow, summer sun, pumpkin pie, really rust, adirondack mushroom-for shading on the leaves

Absolutely gorgeous! Love the variation of color on the petals; that awesome center and the crinkled leaves with floss accent-oh yeah, those pretty white die cuts are pretty awesome too!
