I was so excited to see my friend Sabrina (cook22) honored as the Featured Stamper this week. Not only is she an amazing artist with an awesome gallery, but one who leaves such encouraging comments. In addition, she acts as a moderator here and helps lots of folks negotiate the site. I also was blessed to meet Sabrina when she suggested that we meet up when my DH and I traveled to her home city.
There are so many great cards to chose from in Sabrina's gallery, but I was really drawn to this white on white beauty which happens to be her most favorited card.
I inadvertently flipped the sketch, but by the time I'd realized that my base was turned I'd glued too many items down to turn back. I used a base of Whisper White, but I wanted to have a little variety in the whites so I used Watercolor paper and Glossy white for my punched and die cut pieces. I didn't have any white liquid pearls so I used tiny pearls instead.

No problem at all here knowing which card you'd chosen, Gail. It looks fabulous with that glossy card and all the little pearls.
I thought of you this morning as I was walking along the river just where we flagged a taxi down that night .

My goodness, this card takes my breath away it's so beautiful. Love how you achieved more depth and interest by using a variety of white card materials. I've kept to the everything-including-cardstock-must-match theory when doing all white cards and its now obvious why they have lacked depth and that certain something. This is an awesome card and its one I will study when making my next all white card!
