Ack...after all that heat and sun, thursday we had grey skies and lots of rain. Much needed rain! (I can't say it's going to help our poor MI cherries though!)
I used shimmery white paper for the hand cut clouds...and I think I counted 62 rhinestones. That would cheer ANYONE up!

Oh my goodness, this is so creative. I love the blingy raindrops and the way you echoed them at the bottom with the rainbow color jewels - perfect sentiment and perfect card - into my faves!
