This is my card for Heath and this week's Teapot Tuesday challenge. If you would like to play along and make a card for Heath, click here for more information.
This is my story!
1. Okay, well after sending out the cheater email, I could not figure out what I was gonna make for Heath. I have a fishing pole stamp, some fly stamps (as in for fishing lure flys!), a moose stamp and a bear stamp....all of which for some reason did not float my boat!
2. What to do? Go to work and an idea will come! Snort! While at work, I got an email with a crazy story and picture attached from my niece which was the answer to my dilemma.
3. As many of you know the wildfires in Colorado have been brutal. The one in Fort Collins was very close to where we live and there has been so much of the forest burned. The wildlife has been coming into the city.....My boss had a herd of elk in his backyard, there was a mountain lion spotted a few blocks from my house, a moose has been seen in town and Sunday, my neice (Shari) opened up her backdoor (her house is in the middle of town) and this critter was there to greet her!
4. How would you like to open your backdoor half groggy and have this guy saying.....
Good morning!! What's for breakfast? Snort!
I thought Heath would enjoy the card and the story. And I have no more dilemma! See the other picture for a close up of the Mr. Elk of Loveland!

Well - who'd have thunk your photo wasn't an urban myth but urban reality!! Little pesky insect fly stamps would be just about right for fishing cards too, LOL.
Mr Elk looks as if he's about to drink the contents of the bird bath.

What a perfect card for Heath. Since the fires the wildlife have really been popping up in unusual places. Guess the bears are a problem in Colorado Springs because the smelled the trash left by homeowners who were in a big hurry. Glad you were safe.
