Happy Monday -time sure is flying by. I am starting to see fall decorating items in the stores and it is 106 degrees here...lol This is an Easel Card using the Cottage Cutz Birdcage w/two Birds. I love this die. It even has a little door for the cage that you can sit a bird on.
The frame was created by using two Spellbinders dies-the square Fleur De Lis and Labels 1. The flowers are another Cottage Cutz die called "Button Flower" and the pretty leaves are "Greenery". The tag is "Fancy Tags 2 Spellbinders". Corners-"Fleur De Lis Accents". Must not forget the punches-they are Martha Stewart Loopy Punch Around the Page and the Frond for the little green leaves. Cuttlebug rosebud embossing folder was also used on the pink paper behind the birdcage and some of the white cardstock. Wired pink crystals were also used in the floral accents.
Thanks for taking a look today. I am going to attempt my punch count as I have been forgetting about it so here goes:
Punches: 30
Die Cuts: 29
Have a great day! See you in the gallery!

This is AMAZING!!! I don't even know where to begin. Here is the top 5 things I like about it:
*The door is open on the die cut but the birds are still hanging around (who wouldn't want to hang around on one of your cards!!)
*Your punch count is sooo great - must have lost at least 3 pounds but then all the pounds must have gone on this card as I am guessing it is close to 3 pounds - LOL!
*The frame is awesome - I need to get a few more dies so I can try this too - so pretty and it showcases that wonderful cage.
*The flowers - those are some of the prettiest flowers ever - that paper is perfect for flowers and then how you added so much dimension to get them to pop up and look so real - can you spell T-A-L-E-N-T (I hope I spelled Talent right here - is is one of my problem words).
*Lastly, this card is so full of your thoughts and love and style - the recipient is going to feel soooo loved. Having experienced the joy of receiving many of your cards, I know exactly how they will feel and it is awesome.
Hugz to you my sweet friend!!

Wow, with nearly a 60-cut PT, you must be exhausted after making this card, Carol! (And about 40 pounds lighter, right??) This is just darling. I certainly love that fancy bird cage. It's terrific!!
