Congratulations to Loll Thompson on being selected as this week's Featured Stamper!! Loll, you know I LOVE your awesome work. Your creativity always inspires me. I derived inspiration from many of your cards, but I chose your beautiful Lone Winter Tree and your cuteCloudy Polka-dot Tree for my design today.
Things I changed:
1. stamps
2. colors
3. papers
Also, in honor of my friend, Kittie747's birthday, I chose to use one of her cute stamp sets called Kittie Kits Cause a Scene Outdoor Master. I stamped the tree first, masked it, and then stamped the fence, lining it up with my stamp-a-ma-jig. I used my brayer for the ground and sky. I used a water color brush and reinker to add shading. The tree and fence were colored with Copic markers.
Stamps: Kittie Kits Cause a Scene Outdoor Master and Phrase Set-Box Word Set (#622) by Rubbernecker

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black; Stampin' Up Certainly Celery, Always Artichoke, Barely Banana, Bashful Blue,
Brocade Blue
Accessories: MFT cloud die, dimensionals, water color brush, reinkers, markers, cloud template, zig zag border punch, stamp-a-ma-jig, Copic markers, brayer

What a fantastic tree Charlene! I love this fun idea of using the clouds shapes for the tree leaves..there are so many fun papers that would work perfectly! I can see that this card is amazing inside as well as out!
A beautiful case of both of Loll's cards!
