It's a bleah grey dull day here and I've ended up with a bleah card which I wasn't going to upload - but I've made it, and I'll send it to somebody so here it is. I was inspired by this Cherry Blossom candle. Somebody recently sent me a couple of the current USPS stamps with the cherry blossoms in Washington on them, and I'd been looking up all about it.
The base is a 4 3/4" square brocade finish card blank, not sure where it came from.
I used the largest Lacy Circles cut from watercolour paper and sponged with Tumbled Glass and Broken China. I'd been thinking of stamping bamboo over it and using Perfect Pearls, wish I had. I stamped the sentiment, then added a chipboard branch inked with brown ink and embossed with clear EP, and some blossoms made with two different flower punches and white card sponged with Spun Sugar. Panel is popped up on foam dots, then I added Liquid Pearls to the flower centres and round the edges of the scallops.

Beautifully done Sabrina! I wish that my best days were as good as your blah days. Your sponging is impeccable and looking at all of your perfectly spaced liquid pearls puts my squeezing hand in spasm. Oh, by the way, your idea, design and layout are all lovely. Wonderful rendering of the inspiration piece.
