Ah...the Sioux City Bath House. Yes, this is where a girl comes when she needs to wind down. This card is for my friend Gail, who liked this card and this card- so I mixed the two. My love of scenes came from studying Kittie747, and I used her leaves from Rubbernecker's Kitty Kits Cause a Scene to create the background. And the extended scene is a technique I picked up from another favorite Stamper- Judy (jaydekay). I love how I can learn from so many in this place. Thanks so much gals! The sky was made by sponging Bashful Blue over a torn paper towel- you can see a tutorial for this technique at .
Ok Gail...see ya in the meadow. Ooops...maybe not!
Thanks for looking!

I have been away (warm winter holiday ) and now I'm way behind on commenting. I'll try to catch up gradually. Love this card. Looks so relaxing and your scene is gorgeous. Love the leafy spray around the tub and that bow in her hair......saaweeet!

You are always outdoing yourself Pat. I'm in love with all the elements and special features your card has. I know Kitty is a great inspiration to all of us as well as the others you have listed. Now, you do know that is me relaxing in the b/tub awaitin' on my "hunk of a cowboy man". I guess I won't be needing a towel after my bath - gosh, should I say that on SCS's? They should have kicked me off ages ago! Pat, you are one heck of a FABULOUS stamper!!! Your Cowgirl With Clothes On!

Hee, Hee!! You know, I actually did something a little like this a few years back (memories). DH and I went with friends to a little private wooded cabin with no electricity or heat just woodstoves and kerosene and spring fed water flowing downhill to an outdoor sauna with one of these tubs outside too. I wanted to experience the tub but there was no plug so our friends' DH stood over the drain and filled it for me. It kinda was weird with him standing in the tub with me (yes bathing suits were in play, but it was still weird) Your scene looks so much more like what I was picturing Anybody for a chocolate wrap spa?!!
