Here is my second card for today's featured stamper challenge. I cased this B/W beauty of Kim's Black Friday I really liked how Kim's looked and wanted to try my hand at it. I had this free digi image "Nell Cottage" from Beccy's Place that I thought would be perfect. I used the sentiment from Stampin Up's Bird on a Branch set. I lightly coloured a light grey over parts of the image to give it a more shadowed effect in some places. Matted the image panel with basic grey and black cardstock. Used my stamp a ma jig to get the sentiment placement straight. I scored 5 lines just above the sentiment - I don't know if you can see them. Sewed around the edges. Added the photo corners and brads.
I'm really pleased with how this turned out.
Hope you are enjoying your time in the spotlight, Kim.
Hugs..Pat
