The full image is stamped and cut out, and then the ribbon was cut away from the bell.
The ribbon portion of the image was stamped on velvet paper and cut out just inside the line then glued on the first stamped piece for stability.
The bell portion was stamped a second time on good cardstock, cut out and colored with Copic markers (R24,27,29,35,39, C1,2,3,5) then glued onto the first stamped piece. I also layered one piece each of the grey and velvet under the bell so both ribbon and bell are at the same height/level when joined together.
The felt paper strip was pierced on each side. Before I attached it to the card I embossed two lines on each side using the Scor-Pal.
