Happy 4th July to all my American friends and fellow-stampers.
Too hot today to spend much time in my attic.
My first thought when I saw the TLC was to use StamperDog's faux silk with a pop, which I always enjoy doing - but I wanted to use this old set which I just got last week.
A2 base, scored around the edges and then drawn along with a green Sakura glaze pen.
Oh So Lovely background stamped on cream tissue paper with Weathered Wood distress ink, and then the berry spray with Versafine Black. (The other way gave rise to a kissing effect which ended in the bin). Scrunched up and then stuck to white card with spray-mount. Another narrow escape, I nearly used WD40. Then I coloured the leaves and berries with H2Os and added Crackle Accents. Tore it down to size and sponged edges with Weathered Wood.
Woodware sentiment stamped on white card and cut with Spellbinders Tags Trio, edges sponged with Weathered Wood and tied on with twine.
