This is a newly released Rubbernecker Stamp Petunia ! The lovely Petunia was stamped and colored using copic markers! I then stamped another image colored and cut out part of the image and popped it up! The framing was done using Spellbinders Nesties. The background was embossed using a Sizzix E/F! TFL!
