Good things. This is my wish for Linda, the recipient of our Teapot Tuesday cards this week. Linda has given so much of herself to others over the years and literally fell upon misfortune a couple years ago. You can read the full story here.
Leigh Grady designed this cute, angelic, chubby kitty digital image and has shared it with those who would like to make a card for her friend, Linda. I placed the kitty on top of the flower image from In Full Bloom.
I used the sentiment stamp from the Good Things set that reads "wonderful caring sweet kind thoughtful generous" which I thought are the perfect adjectives to describe Linda. I used the colors from the inspiration teapot, which are bright and happy, and, hopefully, will help to brighten Linda's day.
Me, Bertie, and Chubby Kitty are off to do some flower petal flingin' at the tea party. Chubby Kitty says he also wants a little cat nip and maybe a cat nap, too!
Hey, Mudder.....what kind of cookies are those yer eatin'? Gimme some!

Now how the heck did you manage to come up with such a darling design? Must be retirement. I love the scalloped border w/your flowers and the image is way too sweet.

Oh my goodness! What a happy little card Bertie! This is precious! I can so see the teapot in this fun card! I love the sentiment and stamps you chose for Linda! Its so fun! Hey, here's the deal Bertie...you behave yourself for just one teaparty and I will share some of my special cookies with you.....now don't be thinking you can eat the cookies up first and then get to flinging....I am smarter than that! Snort!

Just a wonderful creation combining so many elements of the teapot. I love the teapot inspired border at the lower edge and you coloured the kitty beautifully.
