I just love the IC, let's me go out of my norm. There were soooo many way cool IC's I wanted to choose from. I bet many of you thought I'd be doing a cow. Some really cute ones there. Stef and Sue, thanks for a great IC. You'll be seeing a lot of inspiration from this site in my cards in the coming days I'm sure. hehe.......my card.....
I was inspired by several for my card today. this one and this one and this one. Plus while reading the newspaper today, I saw this brick wall and thought it would be kinda cool in my "fish" room.
Had a white cs panel that I had gessoed awhile back so I ran old paper and antique linen ink pads over top. Stamped the Rubbernecker Stamps fish bowl and fish using denim, then ran throught the cb using a fiskar brick plate. Added some color to the leaves in the bowl, then versamarked and clear ep'd the images. Sponged tea dye on the edges and the bricks.
On white cs, drew my room, sponged the wall with cameo coral, the ceiling with very vanilla then stamped itty bitty bg for the texture. Drew the floor boards then sponged with vintage photo. Cut some brown AC cs for the base boards.
Put this altogether and added a chair from TPC Studios that I stamped on a magazine page for the color, taped to white cs then cut out and popped up on the floor.
Well, hope you like my fish room. All I need now is a bubble machine to add ambiance. hehe......TFL :0)

What a fab room you've created, totally capturing the feel of those decals. Not sure I'd want to live every day in a room with such hungry looking fish, but I love the card .
I was just paging back through the show and tell thread - that was a generous gift of Max to your daughter; I was really moved by the fact that the owner realised the relationship between them and responded to it.

I'd title your card "surreal" - love your take on it, and this has all your usual imaginitive flair and creative zing!!! Fabulous. Okay, I admit, I did think you might do the purple flowered cow!
