I found a red and purple hat! The only thing is, this cat came with it. He's very famous though. There was a book written about him in 1957. He's been around since even I was young! That would qualify him to join the Red Hat Society, but are males allowed? Are cats??? He said he could wear a wig and lots of jewelry as a disguise, but I told him that, since he's so famous anyway, he should just be himself! I'm sure we won't be bored at THIS tea party!!! LOL! Thanks for taking a peek!!

I have to say 1957 was a good year for cars, books, and "BABIES" (of course I'm a little prejudice teahee). Love your cat in the hat! He's definitely an eyecatcher and will be at the teaparty as well. He'll be the cat's meow and everyone will be wanting to sit by him. You had a great idea on this one. Very, very, cute, this is sure to get a giggle from Joyce. TFS
