Lovely jewelry on today's inspiration site. For me it turned into more of a color or impression of the colors challenge. So, I chose Sky Boro Lampwork because of the watery, ethereal quality of it. This is also another one for the Ways to Use It challenge: frames.
For my card, I stamped the image with permanent black ink onto watercolor paper. I used a combination of reinkers and markers to watercolor the image. Highlights were added with a white gel pen.
The lt blue frame was embossed with a Cuttlebug folder and I cut the inside out and attached over the image. The embossing was highlighted with a white Permapaque pen. Two butterflies were colored, cut out and attached. I used markers directly on the sentiment image before stamping. I added a little outline with a dark blue gel pen.
Thanks so much for looking! Close ups are on my blog: The Write Stuff
