Well today we were to use twine in our card. This idea came to my mind immediately only difference is, when I did this in school many many years ago we did it in a milk carton. Has a cool look, don't you think?.....my card...
Took two pieces of 3 x 3 cs, glued together, then on two corners did some paper piercing. Threaded a needle with thin jute and sewed it on the cs. The twine looks like it bends, but all the stitching is straight. Quite the illusion. Looked really cool in the milk carton. hehe Sponged the edges and middle with SU new peach parfait.
Had a lime green card in my drawer, so I stamped some smaller posies and dot with versa mark and clear ep'd them. Also sponged the edges. Popped up my twine panel.
On white cs, stamped the large posie and two leaves. Colored with prisma pencils and gamsol. Then versa marked, clear ep'd and cut out popping them up on the twine panel.
Guess I'm into bright colors the last couple of days. hehe ....Hope you like my card.....TFL :0)
