Yep, it's Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge again. This is my last week as guest designer and my grand finale card. It was such an honor and pleasure to work with Priscilla and so many talented team members. I will hate being out of the loop, but, as I said, I will still be STALKING all of you, so watch out!! LOL!!
If you'd like to join in the fun, please check us out at:
There is a choice of a CAS sketch or intricate sketch so everyone can have a chance to play. Once you start, it's addicting, so come be an addict with the rest of us!!!!
I used a combination of digital images from our sponsor, Sugar Creek Hollow found here:
I loved that I could combine several digi images together with this card. The framing, the oval, the sentiment and the teacup. How cooooool is that?
I used some new SU Poppy Parade DSP for this card along with Black and Shimmery Gold Card Stock. I embossed the teacup decorative elements and then sparkled the cup with diamond stickles. I used these fantastic, although hard to control, tiny micro gold beads around the framing and a little in the oval. They are so neat to use and I thought it was perfect for the gold in this card.
I used some black tulle sent to me in a RAK from Perkzi. Thanks Perkz - I knew this would be exactly what I needed when the time was right. And, I had a gold slider on hand to run the tulle through.
Used lots of gold pearls and some black pearls as well. I used the SU Vintage Wallpaper ef, but you can't see it in the photo. Added some flowers, paper piercing and tons of dimensionals for a heightened dimensional look.
I truly had lot of fun with this sketch and using the digi images.
Thanks SO MUCH for taking a looksy and hope you have a wonderful week!!

Pamzi with your exit from the Midnight Madness Design Team-you are going to be missed....but hey, you will be eligible for the awards again and maybe crowned "Princess" again!!! You'll be a double Princess!!! lol
This card is just adorable. I love tea themed cards and yours has that vintage shabby chic feel to it with the pinks and the little floral background. The black netting and rhinestone buckle are awesome. A gorgeous card for your Grand Finale!!!
I'll be eagerly awaiting next weeks "Gold Star" and "Remarkables" potential winner!!!! lol

I could use some tranquil tea!!! By this time in the summer this introvert is starting to twitch from lack of silence and alone time LOL! Lovely card and great little rose and use of the tulle.

Pam, this is truly a work of art! I don't know that I have the vision to see where all those elements go on a design. My hat is off to you and all your inspiring work. This is gorgeous work.

Pamzi, this is so pretty! I love the tulle, those microbeads, the image and, of course, all the pearls. You did a fantastic job on this card and I know it wasn't easy with those little micobeads which I would never try unless someone forced me to! This is one of the cards that just makes you feel a little calmer looking at it - I could use some calming tea right now and maybe a slice of fruitcake????? LOL! Hugz my friend - I will miss seeing your cards in the showcase section of the blog but I know you will still be making awesome MMSC cards anyway!

Done to perfection, this is Fruitcake. Yikes, i could never manage to use more than one image on a card and a digi at that. I need my WC paper for my images, so i really dont do well with digis, however, you certainly do. So this is your grand finale? And what a grand card it is, fruitcake. Love all the glam it glitz surrounding your very special cup image. The papers are totally royal and elegant as well. You've done a smashing ~not to be taken literally~ job as guest designer. Thanks ever so much for bringing this challenge such great works of art during your tenure. Priscilla sure knows how to pick the best of the best, does she not? Fabulous work, Fruitcake.

Ohy my gosh, Pam, what a regal looking card - just popped in to check on you and was flat out blown away. Looks as though you saved the "big guns" for your final card, for sure! All the black and gold - the tulle, the gold slider and the pearls- there is bling all over this thing, Fruitcake, you've done a marvelous job!! So glad I stopped in!!

What a beautifully elegant card, Pam! Don't you just love that Poppy Parade color? I think it's my favorite of the new ones. I love, love, love that gold blingy ribbon slide!
