My F4A24 "Free for All Garden Pinken Time" challenge card. This will be one of our projects for my next SU Hostess Club party. There are a couple of new techniques for the girls besides using a new stamp set and new In Color. This is a 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" card that looks so pretty next to my bouquet of purple and white hydrangea's.
Scallop trim edge made by cutting a 4" x 4" piece of WW cardstock. I then punched each corner with the Scallop trim corner punch and then punched between the corners with the Scallop Trim Border punch. Then trim the little pointy extra pieces with your papersnips. Works great!
The ribbon treatment: cut a piece long enough to tuck under the scallop and Concord Crush layers and attach with scotch tape. Tie a piece of linen thread around rt. end of ribbon. Cut a small length of ribbon and tie linen thread around middle in a knot and then time bow. Trim ends of ribbon with papersnips or sharp scissors. Attach with mini glue dots to linen thread on bottom ribbon. I really like the results.
BTW, the flowers on the cut out main image were stamped twice and then cut out and attached with mini glue dots for dimension. The image is attached to card with dimensional foam tape. A pretty, but very easy card. Enjoy......

Great depth in this card. The scalloped border is unique and looks great against the purple card stock. This does NOT look like an easy card at all. Easy, if you are a pro like you!

Congrats! Just saw your name on the list of CAS Favorites of the year and had to come and see! This card is so beautiful, no wonder it made it on that list! I love the way you cut out the flowers to make them pop up from the card... and the ribbon adds such a nice touch and makes the flowers pop up even more. Love it!
