I have always wanted to create a woven ribbon card and I have lots of canine themed ribbon, so when Julia posted today's Ways To Use It challenge I figured it was the perfect opportunity to make a woven ribbon card with all of my dog ribbons.
It looked pretty when it was finished but I felt like it still needed an actual doggie, so I used my favorite dog image of all time - 'Little Riley' by Eat Cake Graphics. He looks more like my little mixed breed furbaby than any other dog stamp I have seen. He kind of got hidden amongst all the ribbons, so I punched some circles and a paw print out to help make him stand out more. He has a tiny rhinestone as his tag in real life, but it does not show up well in the photo.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my card.

I just love all your doggie themed ribbon here. Great idea to weave it too. Your little doggie is super sweet and looks so good on this fun card. TFS :0)

Meredith, your woven ribbons look fantastic!! I just love how you used all doggie-themed ones. This is something I've always wanted to try, too, but always get intimidated. Your card turned out so very nicely--great job

So cute! That looks like quite a challenge to weave all of those ribbons together, but it was certainly well worth the effort! And now I'm regretting not getting that paw punch yesterday! Fabulous job on coloring--looks exactly like Mr Ty!
