Another fabulous inspiration site! After a lot of browsing, I picked thisParty Tray.
All images, embossing powders and adhesives are Sparkle N Sprinkle. For my card, I stamped and white embossed the rose image multiple times on water color paper, masking where needed. I wet the entire background and floated in reinker colors.
I used darker colors on the two extra roses I embossed on a separate piece of w/c paper, and cut these two out. I partially cut some of the petals and layered this on top of the other image w/ foam tape for a little lift.
The greeting was stamped w/ the pine ink and the lower edge punched. I added a trimmed off strip as the horizontal band and a faux brad.

On my!! This is just stunning!! I love the white embossing and your wonderful cheerful colours! Your layering of the main flower is just gorgoeus - the entire card is just jawdropping!!
