This has not been an easy challenge for me, but it will have to do - the challenge police may be out in force! My image is too large for Roxie's great sketch, and I am not sure of some of the colors. I know the chalk and green mat are the right colors. I think it is a diet dessert, using cs rather than sparkly flourishes! And I do have a bit of blue for the cherry on top!
I used the technique of poppin' pastels for the WishRAK challenge. The swirly dp, scallops, and green bg cs are all items from WishRAK.
The flower is a hybrid: stem is Hampton Art and blossom the Rubber Cafe. I also combined garden green and barely banana chalk for the blossom.

Tout va bien dans mon petit coin aussi - et chez toi...So, I am not the only frenchwoman here. Did you see Sabrina's comment and Marie-Alice's too. Wow, I better tell Anne Ryan to watch what we say next time we write french. LOL
Just kidding, but wow, I was so pleasently surprised to know you understand french, and it is very good thank you. The red lines are under everything I write, even in English, so I wouldn't worry about that Dorothy...now about your fabulous card:
Looks so pretty with that fun dp. What a beautiful flower too. I love your sentiment also. TFS mon amie et Vive la France or Vive le Qubec Libre! LOL

Nicely done. I don't think the challenge police will come after you! They can't find you b/c that RV is always moving!!!!!! LOL I think this is very pretty. Love the flower. If you think your image is too big, you should see mine!
