"Due to time constraints", I decided to do one card for today's CAS and TLC challenges. The CAS was to be "vintage" and the TLC was to be a frame in the "shadow box" format. I have never done a shadow box frame, so this was a new technique for me.

Oh, so pretty, Sallie!! I just love your shabby touches. The frame looks awesome (great work on the TLC challenge), and your crinkle ribbon bow adds just the right amount of shabby chic. Super double challenge card

WOW this is fantastic... love the fleur di lis application of this ... wonderfully created Sallie... I think you are the QUEEN of Frames!!!! Love it... great colors too... that green with the stripes is really wonderful for this card..

Since when would your card be anything other than fantastic? It cracks me up just to read it. I always love what you post. Your pots of herbs in that gorgeous frame is wonderful. But, I do know what you mean about shabby chick often being very embellished. I guess this is a loose interpretation of that. I still haven't figured mine out yet.
