Anyway, I loved the idea of last week's (told you I was behind on things) Inspiration Challenge and its "Home Sweet Home" theme. I was awaiting this stamp set in the mail and knew I wanted to use it as it makes me think of our province's official flower, the wild Alberta rose. By the time I had a chance to create something with it, the QFTD05 had been announced. Congrats to Sue, perk, coffeestamper (apparently she has identity issues) and here is the card I chose from her gallery to inspire me. Punched all around the image, morphed the sentiment into a butterfly, stamped a versmark bg instead of the embossed bg.
Thanks for stopping by...

Lucky you, you just got Toile Blossoms in the mail! (eBay?) I like that set but don't own it. Well, I like how you popped up that main flower and also stamped your own dp in a tone-on-toe effect. Your punched border is gorgeous. What a dreamy card!

Ah...Heather! Toile Blossoms! One of the first sets I ever bought. I love the romantic feel of your card and those delicate blooms. Gorgeous!

FABULOUS use of that punch, Heather!! Just love how you created the frame with it! the image is absolutely perfect for this card too! Well done!!
Things you learn too...your french comment on Pam's card was too fun LOL! I was actually able to figure it out - even with my very limited French and lack of use of it since Grade 12. Cuidado porque you puedo hablar Espanol up poquito pero no tengo muchas palabras para usar con stamping LOL! Have a great day

What a super duper tribute card for the QUEEN, Izzy!!! I have this PATP set, too, and just love it. It can really dress up a card, can't it?? Not that this one needed any help. It's gorgeous!! And I think that Toile Blossoms set was worth waiting for--it's a perfect stand-in for your wild Alberta rose. Beautiful coloring, gorgeous colors. Lovely work all around
