This is for the Inspiration Challenge featuring Crate Label Museum. Thanks for the challenge, Anne!
Well, I wouldn't exactly call this card inspired, but I just had to play. You see, I am quite intrigued with the crate labels of days gone by. Back when crates were made of wood and the labels were sheer art in themselves. I own a few original crate labels from the 40's that I have framed in my kitchen. This is one of them that I scanned and reduced. It is the same label from the museum found here: http://cratelabelmuseum.com/pic.php?id=318.
I added a Sizzix branch and some brads. The card base is a woodgrain embossed card stock to simulate the wood crate.
Thanks for indulging my love of crate labels and have a fabulous day!

Well, now, sweet girl, arent you creative! I'm totally impressed that you could copy your crate art and turn around and make a great card with it. Love the added embellishments. Just great.

PERFECT! Aren't you the lucky one to own some of these. I remember them but of course, no one ever saved any!!! Your embossed bg looks like the slats of the crates!! Love this.
