My Mom had asked me to make a card for her youngest sister's birthday. Here is the card that I made for her to send. The sentiment is cut off an old card that my aunt had sent to Mom, so I guess that part of the card made a return visit. I used a sketch challenge from a while back (SC243). I colored the flowers with my prismacolor pencils and odorless mineral spirits and cut them out and mounted them on a rectangle that is cut from a piece of dp. The leaves around the prima are punched out of a piece of certainly celery card stock that had been run through and embossing folder inked with wild wasabi. I used a couple of different ribbons, one that was a little piece from a previous present. So there is a little recycling going on on this card. I think that the rest of the card is fairly self explanatory. I hope my Aunt enjoys her card and I hope that you do as well. TFL

Judy~ your Aunt will treasure this! So many wonderful elements put back to use! I love that. Love the sweet bouquet you have created and the wonderful paper piercing in the corner. This will be one of your Auntie's 'keepers'. Thanks for sharing your beautiful work!
